MEET THE MAESTRO SERIES

Concertgoers are given a unique opportunity to enrich their musical
experience by attending a presentation by Peter Jaffe, Music Director
and Conductor of the Stockton Symphony, just prior to the Feature Series
concerts at 7:15 (Thursdays) and 5:15 (Saturdays). Maestro Jaffe provides
a preview of what to anticipate in the evenings selections, often
illustrating on the piano.

This concert for 4th and 5th grade students will be offered at
2 venues: Stockton's Atherton Auditorium on November 1, 2007 and
Lodi’s Hutchins Street Square on November 2, 2007. Each day will have two concert times, 9:15am and
10:45am. The specially designed performance for young audiences
is themed “Sonic Adventures” for the 2007. It is conducted and narrated by Peter Jaffe. A
recording and activity newspaper is offered to all participating groups.
