We are pleased to announce that the Stockton Symphony’s Sounds Great! for Kids program is embarking on a new collaboration with The Haggin Museum.

Sounds Great! for Kids is an entertaining, high-energy music and visual arts education program created to introduce children to the arts in a casual setting surrounded by their peers.

Geared for children ages 5-10, each of the four Saturday afternoon performances will feature demonstrations of orchestral instruments arid explanations of a musical program complemented by thematically-related activities using material from the Museum’s permanent collection.

Audiences will have the opportunity to create art, set off on a museum wide scavenger hunt or connect images and music with a specific time period. The first performance will feature the Stockton Symphony Brass ensemble.

This years theme is "Art Expresses . . ."
